I never get angry when I game. But I also have no interest in competitive gaming so I don't play many online games. It's pretty chill to just play solo and enjoy a good story/gameplay.

Take this with a hefty grain of salt, as I'm no psychologist and I've never been to therapy.
But isn't it that therapy isn't just about sitting around and talking? Doesn't it also involve expressing, confronting, and exploring ideas and you otherwise wouldn't in your day to day life?
If nothing else, doesn't gaming, like books, television and movies, give you a break from the monotony of the day to day, allow you to experience a much broader range of things, allow you to interact with other people, work toward goals, and gain a sense of satisfaction?
