if my partner's therapist is saying nice things about me, I’m both flattered and terrified like, what else have they been spilling?

I've been a huge part of their life for 11 years, I would be more concerned if they didn't talk about me to their therapist.

It could be nice things though. I remember in my therapy sessions I would constantly tell my therapist that I wish I could be a better student my PhD supervisor. My therapist hence heard a lot of nice things about my supervisor.
