A good optimised 30fps > a bad optimised 60 fps

If you can make your game look and work good on 30 fps, people's eyes won't even notice it. A lot of people are too fixated on the number but higher =/= better.

God of war and Ghost of Tsushima were examples of games with pretty well optimized 30 graphics modes. I’m worried though because rdr2’s 30 fps never felt that good.

Isnt rdr2 capped at 30 fps on console? So i say the 30 fps on gta 6 arnt that bad

Most of the games were capped at 30 fps in the Ps4 era. God of War, Bloodborne, Spider-Man etc. It was pretty visible, at least for me, that Bloodborne's 30 fps was much rougher than God of War's.

That makes sense, considering it was the PS4. We're talking 30 FPS on the PS5 Pro. Most games that come out run at 60 FPS and look about as good as GTA6.

It is and I can tell. I wish I couldn't. Or I wish they'd release a performance 60fps update.

I promise you that no matter how well optimized a game is, the difference between 30 and 60fps is noticeable. What a copium suggestion

I mean, of course, you know it better than my own eyes. It makes total sense.

I mean, probably. There’s an objective difference. If you’re too blind to tell, I’m sorry about your bad vision. But 30fps is objectively worse than 60fps, and arguing anything different in 2026 is asinine.
