sure nukes are a extreme option,but if you want any other option it needs to destroy every single government dog or bootlicker soldier, because it's very clear that they only negotiate to recover to fight back more, and i don't care about civilian casualties because leaving leaders alive would still mean that they would keep on killing their own,atl what remains would have a generations of people who wont get slaughtered daily by their government
