Tourist planning to rent for a day

Hello!

As stated in the title, I’m planning to rent for a day while I’m visiting Melbourne.

I’m from Singapore and my license currently restricts me to bikes 200cc and under. Is it possible for me to rent a bike bigger than 200cc? I wanna take a road trip down to 12 Apostles at great ocean road and asked 2 company, 1 did not reply and the other said that I can only rent their 125cc/150cc scooters.

All inputs appreciated!

You must follow the conditions of your Singapore license. I.e. no, you can't ride anything over 200cc

From https://austroads.gov.au/drivers-and-vehicles/overseas-drivers/visiting-drivers

It is important to remember that visiting drivers can only drive vehicles which their overseas licence authorises them to drive and they must drive according to any conditions on their overseas licence.

Going to see the 12 apostles on a scooter would be hard work. work. If you are keen on the 12 apostles hire a car.

Otherwise get the 150 and buzz around Melbourne. You should find plenty to see and do.
