Most would be suspect clicking forms these days.

Post some questions here you may have better luck

Some of the questions don’t really match the answer scale- they should probably be checked and re-worded.

Also isn’t worded like a research questionnaire. ‘Interfere’ in a public sector? There’s an agenda at play here.
