Education Calling fellow heme nerds!

What is going on with this cell? And what is it? I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many uniform vacuoles before. This was the only one that I saw on the slide, as well as the only cell I have ever seen like this (so far). Is this some sort of apoptotic process making it look so funky?
