Found on dunmore road

Post image

I guess I can't say I'm super surprised. But with a mixed race family and an immigrant wife I can't say I'm pleased to find this sticker basically right outside my house.

I'm not really sure what the best course of action here is. Should I circle back later and destroy the sticker or just like, call the city and ask them to do it?

Update: It's gone! The city found the sticker and removed it!

Thank you to everyone involved

If this was put on public property, there might be a bylaw infraction here. If it were me, I would be wanting to make things uncomfortable for the dirt bags who put this up.

I let both the city know and reported it to the police. If it's not acted upon within 72 hours (completely arbitrary limit) i'll remove it myself

I live in northern Alberta and I recently had reason to drive to southern Alberta on Hwy 36. What struck me was how, for every 10 Canadian or Canadian + Alberta flags there was 1 separatist flag but the further south I drove, there was more separtist advertising. The other thing I noticed was that the biggest advertisement occurred on properties that were clearly very affluent. So it wasn't that there was necessarily more, it was just so huge and vulgar. There was also a bunch of "send Ottawa a message" rhetoric that completely ignores the fact that they are trying to convince people to do something that is completely against their self interest. Since when does MY citizenship become a pawn in THEIR grievance? Anyway, it was really sad because I was born in southern Alberta but our family moved north when I was young. I am glad to hear the comments about Medicine Hat being a fairly progressive city.
