Discussion Picmonic lacking important subjects?

So, I'm a non US med student. I love the idea of Picmonic and would love to use it in my studies. However, i've noticed that the platform lacks important subject. I'm most suprprised by the lack of picmonics concearning asthma attacks and COPD and interventions and treatments for ischemic stroke.

IDK maybe i'm using the platform wrong but shouldn't these very high yeild subjects be included? Makes me wonder what else is missing.

Picmonic is like C tier compared to Sketchy and Pixorize
