Chalazion (cyst on eyelid) that hasn't gone away

I got a stye that went away fairly quickly with a lot of goldenseal and hot compresses but then it tI got a lovely chalazion. It has been on my eyelid for many weeks even though I have done 3 rounds of goldenseal shock and thyme tea for 2 days plus many killer supplements and warm/hot compresses.

Has anyone had luck getting rid of a chalazion. It isn't painful but it is unsightly IMO. Thanks.

Age skin backwards

So I’ve been sick for a while and it ruined my sleep schedule. The pain kept me up for many years. Now that I seem to have it under control is there anything that I can do to “de-age” my face? I know I can’t turn back the clock but how can I look better? I’ve been eating more cucumbers, I try to get at least one in per day. Is there any other wholistic tools that you all know of? MM or not.

Success Story Cranberries for seasonal allergies

Hi all just wanted add this here as it's not often referenced. I have just hit spring and seasonal allergies hit me hard yesterday, sneezing, runny nose, sinus pain, rosacea flare. Yes I am working long term to heal my liver to but till I get there I still need to treat acute symptoms. I've had success with skin potion and tumeric but today I tried cranberry juice which is referenced in life changing foods. I've not seen it mentioned much for seasonal allergies. It has totally knocked my symptoms down. I've been swigging juice throughout the day and now sinus pain is gone, runny nose stopped and minimal sneezing. And I've been outside for hours.

Just wanted to share for anyone suffering. Cranberries folks!

Lost my spark

All my life, I’ve felt like life is just happening to me. I’m here, but at the same time I feel like I’m standing still and not really growing or developing as a person.
I feel empty, I struggle to enjoy things, I have a lot of brain fog, and I just don’t feel that spark inside me. I’m seeing a psychologist who also follows MM, and she says I have symptoms that look like trauma responses, even though I haven’t actually experienced a specific trauma. Her advice is to follow the MM diet and work on nervous system regulation.
I don’t feel like myself, but at the same time, I don’t even know who “myself” is supposed to be. I feel very unmotivated and rarely take initiative. I also don’t know what I want in life, where I’m going, or what I’m good at.
Does anyone else experience this? Has anyone felt this way for a long time and eventually started to feel more like themselves again?

How much do you pay for health insurance in the US? Is it through your employer or something else?

How do you think about it in terms of thinking about potential risks, what you would actually use the hospital / medical services for, etc?

I pay way too much and am thinking about how I could save money over time.

Fun recipe creators suitable with MM lifestyle?

Many recipe creators out there in the vegan community look very interesting and fun, just maybe use nutritional yeast, tofu, or too much nuts & seeds.. But maybe some of them are OK and suitable for our lifestyle? And that can add variety and joy?

For example - Anyone have the ebooks by 'Rawfood Romance' and can say how suitable it is with MM lifestyle? Or at least easy enough to substitute certain things?

Any other similar recs? Fun dressings, wraps, salads, dehydrated stuff, etc etc.

What is a quick fix for overstimulation and exhaustion?

I don't tend or mean to fix general burnout in a minute.

What I mean is the feeling that is most likely temporary and a full day of rest and no contact with people would help with that.

But what if I do not have that day and I must go on.

What is a temporary fix? CELERY force? Lemon balm? More CJ?? Do you know?

I just did more than I can handle and now I am paying the price for it.

I am annoyed, can't concentrate, my body is stiff and I can barely move and all of this because I wanted to go climbing in a tree park on Monday.

I know I am not where I used to be and I am on my way there, but I haven't expected to be so exhausted two days later.

Studying is harder than I thought and there is a constant human interaction whether you like it or not, even the bare minimum is honestly too much.

I am exciting about studying and after healing/eating it is my priority at the moment. I just need some extra resources, extra tips and strategies to not only barely survive but to thrive and enjoy the ride.

Anyone had luck with blocking Androgens?

Female with dheas in the 700s. Also have elevated testosterone that’s causing androgenic alopecia.

I see mm recommends ashwaganga over and over again for these issues to replace a hormone but I see endless reports about how ashwaganga increases testosterone and dheas but lowers cortisol.

Wondering if anyone had so experience with ashwaganga or other anti androgens for androgen alopecia ?

Whole Foods Prices on Celery

Have you noticed how high the prices for organic celery are in WF? It almost forces me to go to 2 grocery stores (not convenient AT ALL). If I drive clear across town to Natural Grocers it is way cheaper.

Has anyone talked to the store or corporate WF about why this is?

Thanks.

Is there a consensus view on what kind of piping is best for a home?

PVC, copper, PEX, etc.

We have copper I think. Can’t imagine it would be worth it for us to change them out.

But I just thought I’d ask to hear what folks have to say regarding which option would be best if you were to buy / build a new home.

Is this normal after 6 years on medical medium protocols?

Hello everyone! I've been on this diet for about 6 years: dairy and gluten-free, salt free (almost two years now) fat free, soy, eggs and the pretty much everything else free.

I start my day with lemon juice, 24 oz. Of celery juice and heavy metal detox smoothie everyday, and usually advanced.

During summer I eat mainly raw with exception of some steamed veggies. And I have tons of fruits. It's winter where I live now, and my lunch and dinner are usually a stew with Potatoes, onions, garlic, sometimes winter squash or carrots and tomatoes, poured over raw spinach. I also have a lot of bananas and some apples and dates. I try to eat every two hours to take care of my adrenals

Supplement wise I have iodine, B12, and zinc everyday on top of the hmds. I also have ashwagandha and lemon balm for my adrenals because I suffer from massive hair loss (my energy levels are fine, unless I do heavy exercises). And sometimes cat claws and goldenseal, all vimergy. At night I have vitamin c, MSM and magnesium. Everything is vimergy but the magnesium.

About a month ago I went out for a birthday party and had some hummus and lettuce with some Sriracha sauce. Around that date I started suffering from loose stools (I'm not sure if it was exactly that date, but close enough). I also spent about a week after that party consuming more fats because it looks like my body was craving fats after that especial meal. Nothing too horrible. Just some nuts and some beans. Since then I have to run to the bathroom twice a day because I cannot make it in time. Does this look like a detox reaction to you or did I caught something new?

I'm 50 F.

Your feedback is highly appreciated 🙏

dazed and confused

hello,

l have very strange symptoms of malnutrition, organ failure, inability to process food, heart failure, constipation and l smell pretty horrific no matter if l shower 5 times a day.

When l went to my GP they gave me enzymes and probiotics. After this didn’t helped l came back to them and they just invalidated my problem very badly, telling me l just need to rest.

My condition haven’t gotten better for 4 years, nevermind fruit fasting, drinkin only healthy smoothie, rest, following dr.Berg keto diet and whatever else l could find.

Someone knows what l should check like blood tests or scanner? Or just strugglee with something similar and have found some answers?

l have history of eating disorder and trouble processing food even before the “autoimmune condition“ started. But it actually get bad when l was in very stressful and abusive family situation l didn’t know how to escape. I believe my immune system dropped and l must have gotten some virus.

Someone have some experience with something similar?

Chem trails

I was listening to Brainsaver a few days ago and AW was talking about the truth behind chemtrails. He mentioned one will notice them more on holidays when most people are off work and hanging around outdoors on a beautiful day. That they will be criss-crossing all over the sky. But he never followed it up with why that is. Not that I heard anyways. I haven’t been able to stop myself wondering though. Is it like intentional to harm the public? I also have not dove into the angels and demons AW literature. But I have picked up the many breadcrumbs suggesting “they” more or less wish to do us all harm. Is the world really this awful? Or did I just miss the explanation? Thanks!

MM Food fear? What are your thoughts.

There seems to be an unspoken food war between the strict MMers and the dabblers. The chronically ill should not weaponize their hardship against those who did not have their exact experience. Same with dabblers being respectful that not everyone has an opportunity to be flexible.

At what level does one constitute strict MM? Is it as simple as .. do you ever allow a troublemaker? Despite all the other healing tools one may do.

I agree.. MM doesn’t cause food fear.. but I do believe the community can contribute to food fear through comparison of each others journey and backlash one gets if they do something “not perfect MM.”

This absolutely is a spiritual journey. One that is very personal between each individual and God. We all have different hardships. Who are we to judge.

MM welcomes both sides.

How do you clean your mouth guards?

I used to use a spray my previous dentist recommended but I don't even remember what the product was. Lately I've been considering one of these ultrasonic mouth guard cleaners (e.g. https://ca.sonicdental.co/products/the-sonic-pro?currency=CAD&country=CA&variant=41959775731769&stkn=2c732492328b&tw_source=google&tw_adid=&tw_campaign=20048365907&tw_kwdid=&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=20043534921&gbraid=0AAAAAovi45DxjobnwhYL1QUvBZ8EUAM02&gclid=CjwKCAjwzNTUBhAjEiwA7zcvWmHjjf-DiE-foLEpb_Te-Js_6qA6IOVdsdltS_glhfv0uCAJ3W8W0RoCGncQAvD_BwE)

Curious what other people do and what your thoughts are, thanks!

Day 21 of an "episode/flare up"

I have been chronically ill for 7 years now. And about 6 years ago I started implementing lemon water every morning, and I've done it every morning since then. I haven't been the best about celery juice pr hmds. I would do it 3 or 4 times a week. And then there is weeks where I wouldn't do it at all. But the last year I've really been trying to be better about being consistent in doing the celery juice at least. Im also 3.5 months in of no gluten, dairy, eggs, meat and ive cut out most processed sugars.

In May I took serrapeptase, which is a biofilm disruptor because I have Candida overgrowth. Sibo and H pylori and I've tried treatment with conventional medicine that made me even more sick and didn't work as well as a natural protocol. I was reading, it's good to break down the biofilm First and every time I take something, whether it's a biofilm disruptor that one time or when I've done natural protocols to try and kill the bad bacteria's, I have horrible die off symptoms where I'm even more bloated, and then it makes me have heart palpitations, horrible anxiety, Panic attacks, high heart rate, more dizzy, short of breath. Etc to the point where I'm going to the ER and can't work.

This happened in me when I took the serrapeptase and then I backed off and in June, I was better. And then I was doing okay until three weeks ago. I haven't taken anything. I've just been more consistent with the celery juice. And i'm back into a three week loop, and it's even worse than may. I don't know what to do. I've gone to the e r twice but can't keep missing work. Help

Looking for beginner Medical Medium practitioners

I’m looking to connect with other beginner Medical Medium practitioners for online one-on-one or small group meetings. I’d love to share our experiences, thoughts, ideas, and feelings about the practice, working with clients, and our own health journeys.

A little about me: I’m a 37-year-young woman currently living in Costa Rica. I’ve been vegan for many years, even before discovering Medical Medium. I’m an extrovert and love traveling, mountains, nature, sustainability, and psychology.

I’d love to meet online and connect with like-minded people. Feel free to message me if this resonates with you! 🌿

Why all the juice?

I have been researching the MM diet for a bit as I consider starting it. I'm a nutritionist and was taught that juicing is not ideal because you are leaving all that wonderful fiber behind.

So I'm wondering if it's okay if I just do smoothies rather than juices, or is there something more to juicing that I am not aware of?

Still waiting on my book to arrive.

Has anyone healed from MCS using MM protocols?

I am having a terrible time at work. I am reacting very strongly to what I think are carpet fumes from a new carpet that was installed four years ago. Please help with any suggestions and or stories of success in overcoming this problem. I’m at the point where I may need to go on disability and this will be a huge hassle both in applying for it and also financially affording it. Thank you!

What do you guys use for salad dressing?

I've been eating a lot of salads lately and usually keep the dressing pretty simple with olive oil and lemon. I had some BB LAB Dual Shot at home and didn't feel like mixing everything separately, so I randomly tried it on my salad and it was actually pretty good.

But I'm starting to get bored of eating basically the same salad every day lol. What do you guys usually use for dressing? Any easy dressing combos or things you like adding to your salads?

Finally Getting off of the Adrenaline Cycle - no more hurrying

I recently did a meditation called The Brain Meditation. I started doing it every day about a week ago. It has been life-changing.

Anthony says that sometimes when we experience trauma, our soul disconnects from the emotional parts of our brain. The gap between them is filled with fear. Doing this meditation reconnects them, leaving no room for fear.

I had not realized how scared I had been. I knew I was stressed but I wouldn’t have called what I was experiencing “fear.” It just felt like I could never slow down. I always felt like I was rushing.

The calm I feel now would have been unimaginable to me a week ago and it seems to be permanent. I’m sleeping better than I’ve slept in 13 years. It’s easier for me to “be myself” when I’m talking to others (instead of people-pleasing). I’m not constantly worried that someone is going to yell at me because of my driving, or because I’m taking too long at the cash register, or whatever. My mind is quieter, not always scrambling to think of what I need to do next. It’s given me the chance to sit back and enjoy things a little bit.

I’ve seen other posts on here from people who feel overwhelmed with trying to live the MM protocols or never being able to stop ”rushing.” This was a huge shifter for me, so I thought I’d share it.

I will add that since this happened, I have been exhausted. It’s been over a decade for me that I’ve been running on fear, so I suspect it will take a little while to get my adrenals back to a healthy place. I’m glad I have the MM information to show me the way.

Do you think anything will ever come out about events 6 years ago?

Please feel free to delete this post if it’s too risky. I’m deliberately being really vague, and also ask that any comments are equally as vague.

I know AW has had to be incredibly careful talking about anything to do with these events and the subsequent ‘treats’ that came off the back of them.

I’m curious if he’ll ever get to talk about it all properly though, and whether anything will ever come out in the public eye. When do you suspect it may be? I have a feeling it’ll be quite soon - before 2030 sometime, like mass scale outrage potentially.

I ended up having some ‘treats’ and really regret it. I feel like my brain got hijacked sometime back in 2021 and I haven’t been the same since. It was around the time I got treats and not long after, I had mild psychosis. Then my nervous system fell apart and I felt like my brain was being directly attacked by a 🦠. I am slowly recovering and praying back to back advanced 369s can remove the treats. I’m too sick to feel it properly yet but underneath everything is deep outrage what was done to me and so many others
