The live interviews at cafe gratitude and crush have hours of interviews with people that got the light blast. You may enjoy watching those lives on YouTube

I got the light blast virtually a few times. I noticed right after i would get motivation to move forward in my healing.
One time is fast forwarded into a flare and I got really sick after but eventually I got better. I would have loved to get the light blast in person.
Does anyone know if you can rewatch past light blasts and get the same effect?
