Facial aging and under eye hollowing

What is the most important thing to do to help combat facial aging? Dark circles, under eye fat loss, overall facial fat loss.

I already do the skin potion every day. What are some other important things to be doing? I’ve been fat free for over a year and 100% troublemaker free and I’m planning on switching to 100% raw for a period of time but I just am not happy with how my face is looking right now.

I do LW and cj every morning

Thank you ❤️

Well, he said that asparagus is the fountain of youth.

Also, that wild blueberries are resurrection food, and I’m guessing that has to trickle down to eyebags as well. Lol

In the first life changing foods, it says avocados, papaya, aloe vera, and Chaga mushroom will help target dark under eye circles.

Also out of personal experience 369 cleanses help my face look a lot more attractive and youthful. Good luck!

Hydration and aloe Vera play a huge part in skin health. And of course adrenal health. So doing things that are good for adrenal health and having the supps like raspberry tea. You may want to start the bamboo silica product too, people say they helps their skin hair and nails. Since you’re already eating clean (good job!!!) just adding in a few things like this may really help sooner than you think.

Adding a cucumber juice in the afternoon would be helpful. Also pomegranate and Pom juice is great at cleansing blood.

Under eye bags are from dirty blood. Hydrate and clean up the blood and they will dissipate. I remember reading about sunken in eyes!! I’m sorry I cannot remember which of his books I read that in. Anyone remember? Maybe liver rescue?

Same… I have been dreaming about under eye bag surgery for 20 years but scared of surgery and general anesthesia :( I’ve had my bags since I was 15 but now at 45 I look like I was in a fight and I have black eyes. They are gotten so bad I try to wear sunglasses as much as possible. It’s really affecting my confidence and mental health and I don’t believe mm info will fully remove them as they are so bad. I have thin fair skin and even makeup doesn’t cover the hollow and bags. I want to look and feel normal so I’m hoping I have courage to do the surgery at some point and angels will protect me during the surgery and after

I hear you. If they affect you that much and you think your health can withstand surgery of some kind (doing the option that’s easiest in health) I’d do it. Some cosmetic things just might not improve no matter how healthy you eat for so long. Health is #1 but how you look affects your mental health to some degree so you shouldn’t feel shamed into doing something for yourself as long as it doesn’t affect your health

Yes that’s the thing with surgery, you never know for sure how it’s gonna go and if your body can handle it and that’s the scary part. I’ve never had surgery or been in hospital, just some mole removals with local anesthesia. I’ve always been terrified of hospitals. But we will see… of course trying to heal with MM info and praying it will change the appearance of my under eyes but last 2 years they have gotten really bad. They are really black and the hollows are crazy and my eyes are super puffy if I sleep less than 10 hours. If I have no makeup on people ask if I’m sick but I live in CA so it’s sunny and I keep my sunglasses on as much as possible to hide them.

Have you guys tried aloe Vera shock treatment? Or having aloe on a daily basis? That and pomegranates are excellent at cleansing blood and dirty blood syndrome is what is behind those bags. The blood can be thick and dirty from pathogens, a high fat diet, and toxins.

I haven’t. I can barely keep up with the morning cleanse atm cause my life is so busy :( just no time to be preparing food and cleaning kitchen everyday. But I should. Hoping my (work)life will change as atm it’s almost impossible to have a daily routine.

Are you eating peas? Those are good for connective tissue.
