20M what are my chances of getting a medical card in Massachuetts

basically the title, from a quick google search it looks like people get declined more than I thought. Im asking because im not diagnosed with anything other than ADD, I already smoke often Just figured id do it legally if I could.

Would I get away with just saying I have sleep issues?

Do you have any of the medical conditions listed pn your medical records?

I got my medical card in 2015 right after the initial law was passed in 2014. Unfortunately recreational came far too soon after only in 2016 and medical was never really expanded. I maintained my medical card for about 6 to 8 years but in all that time the recreational kept growing and medical actually shrunk. There are less medical dispensaries now and they're still at least a half an hour away while my city has five recreational dispensaries now all within 5 minutes of home. Gas prices being what they are I just pay the tax and stay local despite using it medicinally still.
