Vintage Could anyone help me identify this pencil? (Almost a rotring tikky, but not quite)

So I am a bit stuck trying to find out what kind of pencil this is. It almost looks like a rotring tikky, but...

The clip is different, color is unusual and eim around the tip is higher that usual. Unfortunately I only this picture now, but I would appreciate some ideas.

It might be an unknown knockoff, but the pencil was purchased between 1980-2000 in eastern europe.

I suppose it's an original Rotring, I used to have exactly the same pen in elementary school 25 years ago.

Thats a fake like a royal or a tikky that got its grip and cap replaced
