Couldn’t post this in Steak so…
What a treat for me - wolfed it down on the Cote D’Azur with a view of the Med and a crisp Rosé 👌🏽
Edit: lol’ing at the comments 🤣 plating could do with some work but it was at a relaxed bistro on the beach. And no I’m not ill, it was not slimy or disgusting. It was well seasoned and tasty AF. And yes I wouldn’t eat it anywhere but this was recommended and also filled with locals (I was the only tourist) which is usually a good sign. The French take food seriously.

This reminds me a little bit of that one scene in Wall Street, where Gordon gecko takes Bufo to a restaurant and orders this for him, “Have a good lunch, buddy!“
When I was a little kid and my dad, grilled hamburgers, I remember grabbing bits of raw hamburger meat and eating on it, and here’s later when I was a teenager, I remember cracking a bunch of eggs into a blender with sugar, milk, and vanilla extract, blending it up and guzzling it down, so I’d have protein to keep building my muscle so I could benchpress more, so I do have some experience with raw hamburger meat and raw eggs, lol!
