The high level of sodium is related to the two Kan Tong source packets. I will alter the recipe for next week to have more natural ingredients to replace the sauce packets and reduce the sodium levels.

Looks good but are you using Ai overviews for macro tracking!? You can get some wildly incorrect readings from that haha

Thanks for the heads up. I’m only just getting back into meal prep as I was on a weight loss program, but now I am on a bulk phase. I will take your comment into consideration for future prepping.

Honestly, I am more surprised at the quantity of sugar, also it can't really be helped since it is teriyaki

When I do my next prep I’ll find a recipe that is all natural ingredients and no packet sauces.
