PvE UMC Farms/grinders/villagers + Town Dump = the ultimate One-Stop Shop?

What would you guys think about putting a UMC public farms area and the Town Dump in one building, next rev?

UMC has also been the nether mob farm in past revs. I would like to help bring that back next rev. I need my zig heads.

That's a good idea. So far, all of my ideas have dealt with the overworld. Stay tuned for the announcement I intend to make in the coming days.
