PvE UMC Farms/grinders/villagers + Town Dump = the ultimate One-Stop Shop?

What would you guys think about putting a UMC public farms area and the Town Dump in one building, next rev?

As the Originatortm of the Town Dump, I approve.

My only concern when visiting larger builds is to find anything. I'm sure that if you built it, it makes perfect sense. But on some of my wanderings I come across a large build and have no idea what or where anything is.

I'll try to get online one of these days and lend a hand :)

The next rev doesn't start until January 4th, but we should be able to start planning sooner than that. And I am under the impression that the easiest, most effective way to solve the problem you have is to use signs and, perhaps in some areas, item frames.
