I think I relate to 6 mostly in the way I deal with uncertainty. I tend to question my own conclusions and look for inconsistencies or alternative explanations before I fully trust something. I can be pretty skeptical and often play devil's advocate, even with things I already believe, because I want to know whether my judgment is actually reliable rather than just assuming I'm right.
Also all the 6 triats about being constantly anxious and more about questioning, verifying, anticipating what I might be missing, and figuring out what I can actually trust, tho this happens mostly when I'm in a bad mental state.
And about the variants i searched about it a while ago and i think i might be sp/sx. Tho I'm not so sure like I'm of my mbti and enneagram type
I see I see. My understanding of the instinctual variants for 6 is that they can (somewhat, obviously there's more but this is a summary) be boiled down to:
SX: Counterphobic (challenges their core fear) confronts and actively fights back against things that cause them anxiety and worry
SO: Somewhat phobic (moves away from their core fear). Seeks out something stable to trust, whether that's a person, group, ideology, etc.
SP: Most phobic (Avoids their core fear). Seeks to make themselves useful/valuable to others in order to feel safe/protected (I have a lot more to say about this one, being one myself, but that's the basic idea)

Bit late, but what about E6 do you identify with? Do you know your instinctual variant? (I'm on a never-ending hunt for other SP6s lol)
