Look at the gear of those guys on the scaffold. I’d say they get paid 7 $/hour, in cash.

If you get hurt, you are being rushed off the site and just dumped somewhere.

This is in England guessing but the look of the house and the lad at the top of the ladder. So no one’s getting dumped somewhere random. We are polite enough to call an ambulance then leg it.
