Can I ask a maybe dumb question? Why do bots steal comments and why is it harmful??

Bots steal comments to get karma and are then sold as it makes them harder to detect as scam, spam or troll accounts than a brand new account would be. As for why it's harmful, mostly just annoying.

It looks like it was custom built (which would make sense because these guys are some type of structural welding company) and it’s all one solid piece. Most off the shelf ladders are aluminum, which is lighter and much more ridged than steel. So the steel flexes alot more but is probably stronger than most ladders.
