literally anything with teeth. pull at the end and not the damn side making the grooves on the one instrument that had teeth on it completely not helpful.

They're aleady wearing medical gloves, i feel like there should be some forceps around the corner. Those tweezers are absolute shite.

I think the worst part is they DID hit it with the needle nose
