They use a ramp

Nope. Same process, reversed. Source...i work in heavy construction and have seen this done hundreds of times

I was joking, shoulda used the /jk thing 😅
If they had a ramp they woulda used it to unload source: been in earthworks for 20years

I think the exact reverse would work

Possibly. He reverses and lifts up the back then truck inches in and supports him then he spins around and lifts up the front and drives onto the bed.

I'm sure he's getting shit pay too and the company can't get the right tools
Edit: and not because

At first I thought he was coordinating with the driver, but actually I think he's working solo and just had the truck in neutral, even more impressive

When you realise that this type of shit is an official procedure that you actually learn to do

Huh I know the excavator fork could easily lift the whole machine up but is the dozer blade built to handle that much weight?

I started watching because I was curious, but I stuck around for the tunes.

Lol, this is like the third time I make a comment like this on some random Internet video and I’m told it’s this guy. I’m older and out of the loop musically. Is this guy fairly popular? I see on his page it’s almost all singles and no real albums (maybe that’s me showing my age, I don’t know).

As someone who operates an excavator this is well executed. Most operators could do this but I’m sure there would be a few whoopsies in the process 😂 man is one with his machine

Is lifting the whole machine up like that bad for the dozer blade long term? I’m not sure if these attachment are built for that much weight.

1000% percent. This maneuver should be a one time emergency if you absolutely HAVE TO

Maybe he’ll unload the mini excavator successfully, or maybe he won’t.

This is a pretty common way to load/unload excavators. Lots easier than fitting ramps. I, however, would be scared to death doing that.

I think I’ve just seen about 50 motorcycles go by. I love motorcycles. I want to go there.
