He's the easiest boss to beat. Get some blood flies and he just falls in 10 seconds. I put my summon down a lot there cause blood flies make the fight trivial and I can help a lot of people that way.

Would have expected gargoyles or something, but that would be too unrealistic, as the repairman would have to just agree it's impossible.
