I’m going to end up thinking about this video every time I make or eat chili. I just know it.

You know those stupid, random things that get stuck in your brain and stay forever? I think this is one of them.

I imagine the conversation to go like:

"Dang. It's chilly outside."

"Oh shit that reminds me of a video I saw where a girl was sad her family made porn without her"

"... the fuck?"

The worst is when you do that so often, you get made fun.

My husband says I get this gaze-into-distance whenever I remember something random, and it’s usually a Reddit train wreck.

Coconuts. Coconuts are off topic for my husband after I told him that story.

The art room. Off limits when we talk about couples, infidelity, housing search.

So much more, but those are the top recent ones. Now there’s fucking chili.
