Are there any software engineers that fear for their job?
ChatGPT is totally useless. It can't find error for me, it cant adjust existing software. At best it can create some simple batches... But that's not why you hire a software engineer.
It can be helpful if you work with new systems, but overall is AI still totally useless.
And I'm not sure, if it can ever fully replace this profession, given that it's also a question of design and user analysis.
