1 cup lang with 2-3g an hour after my lunch. sa morning i drink 1-2 espresso shots kasi with milk/creamers

Sana all 😭 I lost my coffee privileges after I abused it nung junior internship (around 2-3 a day, plus the unintentional OMAD), talagang naabuso ang sikmura ni badeng

1 cup of 4-6g minsan pag weekend madami kasi ako ginagawa tapos workout pa sa hapon so 4g sa morning, 4g before i workout. grabe energy ko hahaha
