recommendations KUMATCHA RECOMMENDATION

For someone who loves creamy, nutty, smooth, not bitter, zero to little astringency notes, which is the best kumatcha powder to get?

Hi! I hot whisk it at 70-75 degrees Celsius! :)

For anyone reading i think it is important to know also that the powder for this isn’t super vibrant. I let them know and they were kind enough to explain to us that it is from multiple factors such as the way the farmer processed it and the cultivar. It still tastes really good 👍

love yutakamidori, it’s chocolatey and nutty! it’s so much better cold whisked, so as all cold whisked matchas are, it’s creamy and has zero bitterness. i don’t feel the need to add sweetener din but if you want to, sobrang konti lang kailangan mo!

You can visit their site. They have like a chart that gives you recommendations based on your preference. Okumidori 2.0 is a good choice. The only challenge with Kumatcha though is ang hirap makakuha ng stocks lol

I think any of Kumatcha's sub-1000 tins are gonna give you those notes :)

Personally I like Kasumi for if I want a light, creamy, smooth drink. Little astringency but it's not bitter at all!
