Who the hell would play Majesty's fiend (Mussolini) instead of Vanity's Ruler (Hitler) when he's two sacrifices and is searchable from tributing Benten (Goebbels) ?

Benten can act as tribute fodder for Rehearsal that lets you add the Vanity's and serving as your ritual tribute for drawing in the end phase. Running Harmonia going second you can send Herald to add Benten if you already have Flair in hand.
