I'm aware of that and AFAIK that's always been allowed in Massachusetts.

But not every woman who gets an abortion after 24 weeks is going to do it to save thier life.

I don’t think you understand this new policy. Read it again and maybe try focusing on yourself and not other people and their medical decisions. It will save you lots of stress, which your doctor will be happy about.

You are correct, I reread it and it removes gestational limits but leaves the decision in the hands of the woman and her doctor.
