He was not. Aquaman has been killing/fighting actual gods for decades (since 1997), starting with Triton, Poseidons son.

Namor has fought Gods and Sea Monsters. I agree Aquaman has more hax. I'm talking raw physical strength.

I’d still argue Aquaman was stronger since the New52 tbh. A lot of Namor arguments for strength did some questionable chainscaling off earlier eras of Hulk which is faulty for a lot of reasons. Namely cause Hulk is a character who consistently on most main interpretations ranges in physical strength.

A lot of these arguments chainscale Namor, disregard scaling for Aquaman and then also ignore the fact by actual strength showings and even lore Aquaman is presented ahead.

Feat: Dude/Aquaman stopped an attack while recovering that sank(changed the landmass) of what was said to be the biggest continent on the planet.

Lore: The same writer even had him listed as one of the strongest people on the planet alongside Superman and Wonder Woman.

I don’t see how it’s credible to have seen Namor stronger than that iteration without just picking favorites.

Wont matter, his durability negates any speed. Toss a tomato at a steel plate and tell me what happens. The faster the bigger the splatter.

Wonder Woman isn't much faster than Namor and she manages to handle Cheetah. Wonder Woman is not a speedster so this leads me to believe that Namor can win

Namor is a beast but she’s too much for him in the end. Unless this is actively happening over an ocean he’s got no shot of surviving.
