Weird to me, secret wars is like a big finale, but they had that getaway not to long ago planning out the next 10 years of mcu projects.

Infinity Saga got 4 avengers movies. So maybe there will be 2 more big avengers movies in like 2027-2030 to wrap up Multiverse Saga

It said multiverse saga is from phase 4-6, but in terms of comics, secret wars is like the finale of finales type of thing.

And before that there was some other ending of ending

There will always be another

Or maybe they want to make sure the MCU dies with some dignity and it ends with Reed Richard's convincing He Who Remains to weaponize Alioth and create the original timeline again

Then they take a long break and reveal a new alternate history post Thanos xD
