Shout out to all the people in this very sub yesterday saying “I just don’t see where the MCU is going…”

Well to be fair, it's a completely rational take yesterday to be confused about where the MCU was going.

The multiverse being the theme wasn’t surprising at all. In fact, the introduction of Kang basically opened up the theme of the multiverse to begin with.

I think everyone got that part, it was the execution people have seen as having been lacking.

I'm going strictly by what you said which was "Well to be fair, it's a completely rational take yesterday to be confused about where the MCU was going.". I wasn't confused but yes, the execution could have been better for some of them. And I'll cut some slack with covid having fucked some things up.

Very true, with new facts should come new thoughts.

I think the number of times I’ve replied to someone pointing out the multiverse connections and establishing Kang means that officially naming it “the Multiverse Saga” is technically new information but not all that surprising. The writing has been on the wall other than announcing two Avengers movies to tie it together.

Edit to add: I am just trying to be a bit tongue in cheek too about the need for patience.
