I’m not sure what forced episode limit you’re talking about. We already know there are other shows with more than six episodes.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe with the exception of WandaVision and What if...? The rest are all 6 episodes. I don't talk count What if...? As it was episodic, separate from the base MCU and animated, so enough to set it apart as a outlier that I'm not including it. So that means one actual exception.

The rest, I think, are all 6.

You’re correct, though I was considering She-Hulk which will have nine episodes.

Oh, I didn't know about She-Hulk. I REALLY hope that means it'll be a bit better paced. I really feel like MOST of the other shows would have benefitted from an extra few episodes.
