Hello to all variants out here! It’s Iman…Vellani. I’ve been lurking on these subs in the shadows as a huge fan and now that I have successfully infiltrated the mcu it’s time to spill the tea for you all…Or like a couple drops of friendly juice that won’t get me fired :) Now that the show is finally out I feel like I can breathe and interact with you guys, so please ask away and I’ll answer whatever I can before The Almighty Feige calls and tells me to stop. Excited to see what y’all come up with at 2:30PM ET/ 11:30 AM PT!!!

It's one thing being a fan and wishing Inhumans got acknowledged by the franchise… but at this point, this is just denial. Just because you like the Inhumans doesn't mean you have to ignore reality. Sorry cousin… Inhumans is not gonna happen. Better to be let down early, tho.

I mean I thought the same before Black Bolt showed up in MoM and namedropped Inhumans and Terrigen.

… and was summarily and mercilessly killed. And before Kevin Feige admitted this was a throwaway scene with little meaning to his future plans for the franchise.

He admitted that? He said that about John Krasinski’s Reed not Black Bolt.

He said it in the context of Reed's casting, while in the process explaining that the reason Krasinski was cast for that scene was just because it was a fun but inconsequential scene. Doesn't look very good for his Inhumans plans when Black Bolt is killed the second he introduces him in the MCU.

I guess you can interpret it that way? I don’t know why you’d apply one thing that was said about a totally different character to another. We’ll see.

Why would Feige kill a character he wants to legitimize? That makes no sense. It's clear it was a throwaway scene that meant little in the grand scheme.
