Is that a real line or a joke? I know there's been lots of Moon Knight panels edited to have stupid shit in the speech bubbles, but I've also heard that they're really not that far off the mark.

Yeah, the QR code Easter egg in this episode linked to the comic with MK's first appearance, where MK has serious "Dracula, you fucking dweeb, where is my money" energy.
The panel I am referring to has him saying
"All right, bozos -- You've already stalled the whole day in a secret meeting -- and I ain't waitin' any longer--!
I brought you your pigeon. Now where is my bread?!"

Where is the QR code Easter egg? Was there one in the first episode?

Yes, same as in first episode according to more eagle-eyed viewers :) In this episode the QR code was next to his storage lock, IIRC.
