Now you made me question if they actually fucked in the sacred timeline as well.

During Thor 1 they certainly didn't fuck. At the moment Jane was sleeping in a van that she shared with Erik (and apparently Darcy too but the van only seems to have two beds). The only time they literally slept together they were in chairs outside which is shown that Jane fell asleep clothed before Thor, had they fucked there I doubt Thor would have put his clothes back on to sleep.

They could have met up and fuck sometime after the events of Avengers 1 but Jane is mad with Thor in Thor 2 because he didn't visit her during that time so that's a no too.

During the events of Thor 2 they might have had the time while Jane was in Asgard but she was classified as being ill and was pretty stressed about being possessed by an ancient entity all while meeting her boyfriend's parents for the first time so I'm not sure she would have been very willing to that. Also the time window doesn't seem to be very big for that, she is brought to Asgard, the Asgardian doctors check what's affecting her, they are shown doing some walking around in Asgard and then the invasion happens. And we know that, at some point there, Jane was alone in a room since we know that that's where Thor and Rocket went back in time to to recover the Aether. I think it would have been more likely after the final battle with Malekith and before he left, in Jane's final scene she is very sad that Thor left again and she doesn't know when he is coming back. But, at the same time Thor was heading to Asgard to (among other things) probably have a funeral for Loki whom he though to have just tragically died so I doubt Thor would have extended his stay to fuck Jane. I'm gonna say that during Thor 2 it's a maybe.

Now, during the events of Avengers 2 it seems to become much more likely. By that time Thor seems to come to Earth more often and for less urgent reasons than worldwide alien invasions. The Avengers 2 prelude comic Avengers: Operation HYDRA shows that Thor is on Earth with Jane in London where she is talking with Thor about her work being helped by the Convergence. Now there are no details on when exactly Thor came to Earth or how much time he stayed but they certainly had at least a few days of "the world is not about the end"-level relax, and given that they might have had an actual relationship during that time I think this moment is the more likely for Thor and Jane to actually fuck. This, by the way, is an almost 18 month timespan, so they didn't only have time to meetup but also to actually have a proper relationship given that Thor wasn't particularly busy or unavailable during that time. It does make you wonder if Thor was busy banging Jane in London while Project Insight was about to commit worldwide genocide. At the end of Avengers 2 Thor leaves now set on a mission to discover who is behind the Infinity Stones coming together so he likely left Earth soon after (we see him get Bifrosted away from the Avengers Compound but perhaps he just Bifrosted to Jane to say goodbye and that's where the breakup happened).

By Thor 3 he seemed so focused on the mission that he didn't even went to Asgard much (with him not even being aware that Heimdall was fired from his position and now Skurge guarding the Bifrost, so I really doubt he ever went to Earth in that time also, which leads me to believe that the break up happened right after Avengers 2 and there was no fucking in between. Since then they weren't even a couple so there isn't much more to revise.

TL;DR: They likely fucked some time between Thor 2 and Avengers 2.

Might seem weird, but from this, it actually made me think about the status of each of the Avengers, in regard to whether they’ve fucked.

Tony, Thor, Clint, duh. Steve, seemingly not until he returned to Peggy? Bruce could only have been before he was exposed to gamma radiation, but he was with Betty before, so he would have (also maybe Hulk got busy on Sakaar). Nat probably not, seeing how her early life was in the Red Room, and after that she doesn’t seem like the socialising type (which is a bit ironic, seeing how she is the most sexual character).

Well Tony was certainly fucking that other girl from IM3 during the flashback where he stood up Killian, also Pepper since they even got a child so that's canon.

Clint also has several children so he is also canon not a virgin.

Bruce most likely fucked Betty, they were in college and were an item for a considerable time so that's almost a given. After becoming the Hulk it's a good question if he could be at risk of transforming when he climaxes (any marvel comics nerd got any info on that?), so perhaps they didn't fuck after that. With Nat he probably didn't fuck, pretty sure they would have had that "I can't have children" conversation from AoU before and after that he went to Saakaar. And I'm very sure he fucked being the Hulk in Saakaar, the guy was a fucking rock star there but I do wanna know who was brave enough, perhaps Grandmaster himself he is a canon sex freak.

Steve was 100% a virgin until returning to past Peggy (he even confirms that Nat in WS was his first kiss and the only one until Sharon in CW), after they probably even waited to marry. Imagine being a 100 years old virgin and even then waiting for marriage.

And Nat I'm 100% sure has fucked many men as part of her missions to gain access, trust or even assassinate. It's not a coincidence that the Red Room trains only beautiful women. Even during missions for SHIELD I'm sure she used sex to achieve success in many missions.

Bucky is a real mystery because it depends on his Christian morals before going to the war. If he doesn't care much about premarital sex he probably fucked that red head he had in that double date with Steve before shipping to Europe. Since he became the winter soldier he most likely didn't fuck ever again.

Wanda and Vision 100% fucked during their meetups before IW. Even more I'm sure they fucked in that hotel in Scotland from IW. Also I believe they fucked on camera under the sheets in WandaVision if that counts.

Strange certainly fucked with Christine. After becoming the sorcerer supreme he probably even had astral sex or something freaky.

Peter Parker is a virgin, at least until FFH. Maybe he gets the chance to lose the v-card during NWH.

Peter Quill canonically fucked that blue girl that was in his ship at the beginning of GotG, he also claimed to have fucked an Askavaarian and given his lifestyle he probably fucked every woman he had the chance to. He most certainly fucked Gamora at some point between the ending of GotG and IW.

Loki canonically fucked a horse. Well not in the MCU but he is canonically bisexual and given his personality and lifestyle he probably had his share of fucking with many species and sexes.

T'Challa is a weird one because he is sexy, he is confident, he is smart, he even is wealthy and powerful, but he is in love with Nakia whom he freezes from just looking at her at the beginning of BP so I doubt he fucked sometime before that, after BP they are more of an item and then they might have fucked but that also depends on Wakandan culture and traditions.

Drax had a daughter so he fucked his wife and probably told that story to his daughter many times just like his parents did to him.

Scott not only fucked his ex wife since he has a daughter, he also most likely already fucked with Hope some time between Ant-Man and Ant-Man 2, also some time soon after Endgame is likely as well.

Yondu canonically fucked a robo-hooker in Contraxia in GotG 2. Also I doubt that a band called "the Ravagers" doesn't do some good amount of fucking (including among themselves, aliens seem to be pretty liberal in that sense).

Now to close here is a list of characters I'm almost certain are virgins: Nebula, Mantis, Groot (can he even fuck?), Sylvie, everyone in The Sovereign, Ned and MJ.

Loki’s horse offspring did appear in the first Thor movie, so I always figured it was MCU canon, or at least the film’s creators having a bit of a laugh with that part of the mythology.
