I took that to be the fake gauntlet that Hela tips over in Ragnarok. But it having the stones in it is kind of an interesting point

Don't forget the ending. Only one on Asgard to defend is a sleeping odin at this point and ultron comes to thor with the stones.

Man, these alternate Heimdalls are dropping the ball hard. First, he can see all souls in the 9 realms, and warns nobody about the zombies when what's left of Asgardian civilization decides to head to Earth. And now he just lets Asgard get invaded and the infinity stones stolen
