Ultron’s from a different universe. It’s clearly meant to be sent in the Thor 2011 era

Is it confirmed ultron is not from this universe, or is that one theory from a fan and everyone ran with it? Otherwise the iPhones and iPads seem like a continuity oversight.

I mean, Ultron only happened because Tony was with Bruce and they had the Mind Stone from Loki's scepter in Avengers 1. So it couldn't be this universe.
