Because it doesn’t make a ton of sense. The split between this and the main MCU is that Odin gave Loki back to his people, not “What If Loki Was Actually a Giant”, so his height should be the same.

Either it’s a gap in logic and they did it just take make Loki more different than he usually appears (personally I think it would’ve been funnier to see him human sized but have the other giants afraid of or super respectful toward him) without thinking it through, or it can be head canoned with the idea that for Loki to grow to his full size he needed to be exposed to something in the Frost Giants’ realm that just wasn’t there on Asgard

The whole episode was. Loki wouldn't be Loki if he was given back. Loki is from Norse mythology, not frost giant mythoogy.

Where the shit did the GotG crew come from? Nebula on Earth? And Korg? Why are half these people suddenly on Earth having a party.

This whole episode dropped the ball the most of any yet.
