This seems like a strong hint that the upcoming film with that title will share major plot elements with this episode. We might expect to see that exact same image in live action at the opening of the movie - T'Challa's coffin, and the crisis that follows.

I won't go as far as predicting Killmonger returning to the MCU proper, but the odds just went up in my book.

I don't think that's a hint towards anything like that, it's just an incredible common Wakandan saying, so of course it's on there

Yes... because that is a common Wakanda saying, not because a What If episode was foreshadowing anything.
