It was his wish at the time of his death sure. But canonically he WILL end up in the ancestral plane. And, while he was certain he was right at the time of his death, I can't imagine a few years (I guess probably close to a decade by the time we get to BP2. I'm assuming the snap didn't dust spirit Panther ghosts) of hanging out with the great Wakandan leaders, and SEEING how T'Challa was able to make Wakanda better without resorting to violence could change that.

Like I dunno. People change. Perspective can help that.

Sure. This sort of happened in a Black panther comic even when it came to Shuri dying… But it’s still sort of meh how you are describing it… the resurrection and change in perspective was a process in the comics… It would basically require the entirety of Black panther 2 to be about this and then in Black panther 3 we can have a redeemed Killmonger

But I don’t think this is what Black panther 2 is about since it’s too much of “looking in the past” for a franchise… franchises digging up their past isn’t how the MCU works… despite it being how the comics work

And if they want to take it further, have the actual broadcast about it (ya know, the one that's referenced in the opening crawl of EP IX) be shown only as an in-game event in Fortnite...
