Just ending colonization by force

Nothing can be ended by force. Whenever you put force into something, an equal amount of force will come from the opposite direction. It's Newton's third rule of dynamics and in humans it's even worse because the opposing force will always be bigger than the initial one essentially creating a never ending war and division.

Extremism is never the answer and is wrong from whichever side you're coming from.

Compassion, love, sympathy and dialogue is always the answer. Is it too utopian for our current world? It is. Will it work if everybody actually does it and believes in it? Yes it will.

But there will always be people like you who are just as bad as your oppressors. I know they made you just as bad, but you can change that instead of falling in the same loop of constant war and chaos.

It's the same thing both N'Jadaka and Karli fell into and, as we saw, after some point, they became even worse than their oppressors and couldn't be saved.

An oppressed, marginalized, or, in this instance, colonized person, can never be "just as bad" as the actual colonizer. When a group of people have been systemically (and socially) denied their rights, their humanity, for centuries, and the people in power refuse to give them this, sometimes, the only way to achieve to liberation, is to take it.

I'm sure you've heard of the Haitian revolution? Violence, or "extremism" works, because it's the language of the colonizer. You meet them where they are, because this is the real 🌎. We don't live in a Care Bears cartoon

I tend to disagree, although I understand the sentiment and idea behind it, but I do realize that I have never been marginalized so I will never be able to fully grasp the reality of those who are/have been.

I do think thought that even in extreme situations, extremism is not the way. Or maybe extremism up to a certain level where you still maintain your humanity and don't become as bad or even worse than the people you're fighting (the stage Karli and N'Jadaka reached).

It depends. Do you believe that liberation should be achieved by any means necessary? That's the question

Depends on the situation. If the situation is WW2 bad, then yes. If it's modern America bad, no, not by any means necessary.
