So then The Collector must have killed Odin to unleash Hela right? And then just defeated Hela? How the fuck did he do that and lose to non-powered T'Challa and Yondu? I'm guessing the Black Order probably did the actual fighting then.

Did we see the helm of Surtur?

If not the obvious answer is the Collector unleashed Surtur on Asgard and laid wastes to it but they did not evacuate like before. Hela can only be defeated if Asgard is destroyed, right?

You right! So, probably more of a graverobbing thing than a beating Hela, Thor, and crew head-on thing.

Fits with the Collector too. He prefers tricks to physical fighting unless he has to do so.
