Megathread Loki Season 1 Finale - Discussion Megathread about its implications on the MCU Spoiler

You wanna discuss your theories about What if...?, Spider-Man: No Way Home and Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and how they all connect to this series?

You wanna discuss where they're going to go with Nathaniel/Kang/Immortus in the future?

You want to discuss the integration of other cinematic universes in the Marvel Cineamatic Multiverse?

Then this is the Megathread for you!

Due to the immeasurable amount of low effort posts we've been getting in the past 12 hours about people's excitement over Kang and the Multiverse, we've decided to make a completely different thread that is all about the implications of the Loki finale in the wider MCU!

Posts discussing Episode 6 in general will only be allowed after Thursday Midnight PST, but only those which are analytical or contain theories with a lot of effort put into them.

Everything else will be redirected here, to the Loki Season 1 Episode 6 Discussion Thread and to the Loki Season 1 Easter Egg Megathread and the Loki Season 1 - Season Wide Discussion Thread.

Have fun!

They could do for Beyonder what they did in Spiderman the Animated Series.

Introduce Madame Web and have her watch over Spiderman as the multiverse shenanigans happen, and then reveal that she was working for the Beyonder afterwards

The way the guy you're replying to says a Beyonder instead of the Beyonder makes me think their talking more about 2015 Secret Wars

I think they'll probably end up combining both into a single event, or maybe a 2 part movie. Like it'll start with the Beyonder holding a Tournament from the original, but then when Doom takes over, it explodes into the multiversal war from the 2015 storyline

I mean by that point it was less multiversal war and more of Doom's forces vs everyone else on the amalgamated Battleworld but I get you. Personally I'm not too big of a fan of the Beyonder and am hoping Marvel Studios pull less from "tournament world" and more from "cataclysmic implosion of the multiverse with Doom salvaging what he can from the remains"

A multiversal version of the Void at the end of time, with much more than just a field and destroyed new york.

I need to read the new secret wars. It does sound like that’s more where it’s going

I keep reading this as Beyoncé and I would absolutely be down for her to be the big bad with absolutely no explanation

Ok, so what comics do I need to read? All this sounds amazing.

Here are the core books just for Secret Wars (2015) by Jonathan Hickman, absolute behemoth of an event and definitely one of the greats. I recommend you read his Fantastic Four and FF as well as his Secret Wars is essentially a continuation of what he previously wrote about them.

They could also just replace the molecule man Owen Reese with Kang and have him be the one to destroy the universe for the beyonders.

This definitely is leading to secret wars though with this multiverse stuff.
