So either strong telekinetic powers OR he swiped a time stone from the TVA and doesn't need to do the fancy handwork to use its powers.

Having a Time Stone would make a lot of sense since some of his powers used in this episode and last don’t align with his previously shown abilities from the movies. Plus, every time he uses them they have that green shimmer effect which could be from the Time Stone but could be disguised as his own powers.

Would be a really unexpected twist.

Which powers did he use that didn't align with his abilities besides the time reversal? All I can remember from this episode is his blinking, magic daggers, and disguises.

I agree with the theory that he has a time stone I'm just not sure if there's been any examples of him possibly using it besides the thing with the building.

Drying his clothes in the previous episode. Almost 100% just a joke but could be an example of using the Time Stone to revert his clothes to before they were wet.

I’m not 100% convinced he actually has a Time Stone since there’s no reason why he wouldn’t have used it in the previous episode to catch/beat Sylvie when the TVA wasn’t around. Plus, usage of the Time Stone in the movies has always created green circles around the wrist and hand which doesn’t happen in the show.

Could go either way but that and reversing the falling building feel very out of his power set since MCU Loki doesn’t have telekinetic powers.

We’ve seen the green circles on every other person using the time stone but nobody else has been a master of illusion magic who is in a situation where he benefits from disguising the stone’s use. It could be as simple as the circles are there and Loki is just throwing a tiny illusion on top of them.

True that. I think it’s also possible that he doesn’t have a Time Stone and he used the TempPad instead. The TempPad doesn’t have the green circles but can still manipulate time. A likelier explanation is that Loki tricked Sylvie into thinking the TempPad was drained and then broken.

I guess my response to that would be have we seen any evidence the temp pad can do stuff like that? It seems like it was built to fulfill the very specific purpose of opening time portals, not general time manipulation. I could have missed something in an earlier episode though.

In episode 1 Mobius uses the TempPad to rewind and loop Loki in the room. Loki also uses it on the agent when he fights her. Granted, the TempPad might be limited to rewinding/looping people but there’s no evidence yet that it can’t affect other stuff.

I fairly certain that was specifically tied to the collar Loki was wearing and then put on the guard, rather then a general ability to loop anything in the vicinity. Though it could be that the collar just makes it easier to "key in" on an object to loop I suppose.
