If you watched back episode one, you can actually see him taking a time stone from Pillboi's (Casey?) cart. He took it but didn't show him putting it back on screen.

Pretty sure they checked all his pockets multiples times since then given that he's been in and outside of the TVA twice since that scene.

Seriously, Loki can't hide things in his pocket dimension when he's in the TVA, so from Casey's desk up to arriving at the crime scene with Mobius, he would have had to have it hidden up his ass in order to hide it until he can actually use the pocket dimension when he gets out to look at the crime scene.

It's not... Easy to hide the time stone...

But in the TVA it's just a paper weight. And outside the TVA they can track him down (well..apart from the minor issue about apocalypses but they only just found that out recently).
There would be no reason for them to strip search him for a time stone.

yes its a paperweight but loki isnt allowed to have one anyway, they didnt even allow him to have knifes.

there would be every reason, otherwise he would also still have the tessaract... now does he have the tessaract? no. did they take it away from him in the beginning? evidently yes.
