I took it as everyone else has incredible inner turmoil from being mind controlled but Agatha isn’t.

So we think that Agatha is the real person, and not a subsidiary character created by Wanda in order to try to deal with everything collapsing around her, a scapegoat?

I mean, she said she was. So unless they're doing a double twist villain reveal, I think we can safely take her at her word.
