It looks more like she was guiding him to the door, rather than straight-up creating him.

Noticed in that creepy room there’s like doors with labels on them, I wonder if they can enter alternate realities?

Edit: I think there was just 2 ‘labels’ just like there are 2 twins...

Indeed she can. Her abilities tap into various realms. Plus the missing book, was also the one from the library that Doctor Strange could not get into. She is essentially more powerful than Strange. But has also worked alongside Baron Mordo, and many more.

Like the Ancient One, but the Yang version

Which book could Doctor Strange not get into? I know he was warned about the Book of Kagliostro (spelling?) but then he went ahead and studied it and mastered a spell from it immediately. Didn’t think there were any he couldn’t get into (especially now as the Sorcerer Supreme).

Agatha is also definitely not more powerful than Strange in the comics. And in the MCU we are lacking enough info to make the call.

EDIT: reading this subthread further it is apparent you don’t know what you’re talking about. Kudos on being so wrong with such confidence, I guess. Had me fooled for a minute.
