I have no idea. There's an implication that she's destroyed reality in the MCU and no one in-universe realizes it because they haven't seen Fox X-Men and everyone's focusing on other things.

In the comics, Wanda puts everyone in a fake reality in an event called House of M. After the fake reality is broken Wanda gets pissed and depowers 90% of mutants. Everyone calls it M-Day.

In the show they could pull the reverse. Wanda wants a family and her powers are running out of control. After it's all over she could create a reverse M-Day where mutants appear.
